Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 15 July 2026 · Effective 15 July 2026
This policy sets the ground rules for using Bolrach Workspace. It works with our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to content being removed, or to an account being limited or closed.
1. Content and conduct
- Do not store or send anything illegal, or use Workspace to promote or facilitate illegal activity.
- Do not use Workspace to send spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent or deceptive messages.
- Do not store or share content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
- Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other people through the service.
2. Security and the platform
- Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to Workspace or other accounts.
- Do not probe or scan the service except under a security programme we have agreed to.
- Do not bypass rate limits, quotas, or other technical protections.
- Report a security issue responsibly through our contact page before disclosing it.
3. Fair use
Workspace is a shared service. Do not use it in a way that unfairly degrades it for others, such as automated bulk activity beyond normal use or resource abuse. Reasonable limits keep the service fast for everyone.
4. How we enforce this
Depending on what happened and how serious it is, we may remove content, limit features, suspend, or close an account, and where required report to the authorities. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will tell you what happened and how to appeal.
5. Reporting a problem
To report abuse of the service, or a security issue, reach us through our contact page.
