Cookie Policy
Last updated 15 July 2026 · Effective 15 July 2026
This policy explains how Bolrach Workspace uses cookies and similar technologies. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy. Workspace is a productivity tool, not an ad platform, so we do not use advertising cookies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device so it can remember things between requests, like keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Sign you in, keep your session secure, and let the apps work. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional. Remember choices such as your theme and layout.
- Analytics. First-party, aggregate measurement of reliability and usage, used only with your consent where required.
3. The cookies we set
| Name | Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| ws_session | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in and secures your session | Session / up to 30 days |
| ws_csrf | Strictly necessary | Protects requests from cross-site abuse | Session |
| ws_theme | Functional | Remembers light or dark theme and layout | Up to 12 months |
| ws_analytics | Analytics | First-party reliability and usage measurement (consent-based) | Up to 12 months |
4. Consent
Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the service cannot run without them. For analytics cookies, where the law requires it we ask for your consent first, and you can change your mind at any time.
5. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of Workspace from working.
