These terms are an agreement between you (and, where relevant, your organisation) and Bolrach Technologies Limited, which operates Bolrach Workspace. By using Workspace you agree to them, to our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accepting these terms

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Workspace. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

2. Your account

You sign in through Authvio. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. An organisation administrator manages the accounts and settings for its members.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the files, mail, events, and documents you create and store in Workspace. You are responsible for that content and for having the rights to store and share it.

4. How we handle your content

We store and process your content to provide the service, on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or sell it. Where we process personal data on behalf of your organisation, we act as a processor and a data processing agreement is available for organisations that need one.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy: no illegal content, no abuse of the platform, no infringing other people's rights, and nothing that harms the service or other users.

6. Availability

We work to keep Workspace available and reliable, and we may perform maintenance from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of planned downtime where we can. Any specific service levels agreed with an organisation are set out separately.

7. Our intellectual property

Bolrach Workspace, its name, design, and software are owned by Bolrach Technologies Limited and protected by law. These terms do not give you any right to use our brand except as needed to use the service normally.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Workspace and close your account at any time, and export your content first. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must to comply with the law, or to protect users and the service. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will give notice and a chance to put things right.

9. Disclaimers

Workspace is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running well but do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Workspace and Bolrach Technologies Limited are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bolrach Technologies Limited's place of operation, without affecting mandatory rights you have where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Workspace changes. When we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the product.
